Daniel started his legal career as a prosecutor in the 12th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Sarasota County. While there, he prosecuted misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile crimes. He then spent several years as litigation counsel for several major mortgage banks and servicers. In this capacity, Daniel appeared in court in over 30 of the 67 counties in Florida. After several years, Daniel opened his own law firm where he gained experience in real estate, estate planning, and probate.
Most recently, he was the regulatory and compliance legal counsel for a PACE assessment special taxing district. In this role, he insured compliance with state statues regarding taxation, drafted internal policy manuals, and maintained business and legal records.
Daniel was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. He is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor in Florida. Away from the practice of law, he enjoys reading, fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
