Andrew H. Cohen serves as District Counsel to over 20 Community Development Districts as well as counsel to the Holiday Park-Park and Recreation District, Tri-Par Estates Park & Recreation District and Westchester Special Dependent District. Andy also practices in the area of community association collections, representing numerous homeowner and condominium associations across southwest Florida. Andy has practiced law for over 25 years and is a frequent lecturer on Sunshine and public records issues as well as neighborhood and condominium collection rights.
Andy graduated from New College, the honors college for the State of Florida University system, and the University of Florida College of Law where he received the Evan J. Yegelwel Book Award in Environmental Law. Andy grew up in Sarasota and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and in his free time working on his classic cars.
